1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement," or "Terms of Service") govern your access to and use of Eclipse Systems ("Eclipse Systems," "the Bot," "the Application," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), including all Discord-based entertainment, economy, leveling, pet battle, crime-themed, gambling-style, social, and community features provided by the Bot.

Eclipse Systems is a Discord entertainment bot designed for fun, games, social interaction, and community engagement. The Bot may provide features such as an economy system, level system, pet battle system, crime-themed game mechanics, gambling-style game mechanics using fictional currency, mini-games, social tools, and related interactive systems.

By adding Eclipse Systems to a Discord server, authorizing the Application, using any command, interacting with any button, menu, game feature, social feature, or other Bot function, or remaining in a server where Eclipse Systems is active, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Eclipse Systems. If you are a server owner or administrator and do not agree to these Terms, you must remove Eclipse Systems from your Discord server.

2. RELATIONSHIP TO DISCORD

Eclipse Systems operates on Discord and uses Discord's platform, APIs, permissions, interaction systems, and developer tools.

Eclipse Systems is not Discord. Eclipse Systems is not owned by Discord, operated by Discord, sponsored by Discord, endorsed by Discord, or officially affiliated with Discord unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Discord.

Your use of Discord remains governed by Discord's own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms of Service, Developer Policy, and all other applicable Discord rules and requirements.

By using Eclipse Systems, you agree that:

• You will comply with Discord's Terms of Service.
• You will comply with Discord's Community Guidelines.
• You will comply with all applicable Discord platform rules.
• You will not use Eclipse Systems to violate or bypass Discord's safety systems.
• You understand that Discord may independently take action against users, servers, applications, or developers under Discord's own rules.

If any part of these Terms conflicts with mandatory Discord requirements, Discord's applicable rules control to the extent required.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You may use Eclipse Systems only if you are permitted to use Discord and only if your use complies with applicable law, Discord's rules, server rules, and these Terms.

You may not use Eclipse Systems if:

• You are prohibited from using Discord.
• Your Discord account is restricted in a way that prohibits such use.
• You intend to use the Bot for unlawful activity.
• You intend to use the Bot to harass, exploit, threaten, abuse, or harm others.
• You intend to use the Bot to conduct real-money gambling.
• You intend to use the Bot to encourage real-life violence, animal abuse, criminal activity, or unlawful conduct.

Server owners and administrators must have proper authority to add Eclipse Systems to a server and configure its permissions.

4. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

Eclipse Systems is a Discord bot focused on entertainment and community engagement.

Depending on availability and configuration, Eclipse Systems may include:

• Economy systems.
• Level systems.
• Pet battle systems.
• Crime-themed game systems.
• Gambling-style game systems using fictional currency.
• Social interaction tools.
• Mini-games.
• Randomized reward systems.
• Community engagement features.
• Server entertainment utilities.

The Bot is intended to provide fictional, interactive, and entertainment-based experiences inside Discord communities.

Eclipse Systems does not provide financial services, real-money gambling services, legal services, professional advice, emergency services, animal training services, or any real-world criminal instruction.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

You accept these Terms when you:

• Add Eclipse Systems to a Discord server.
• Authorize Eclipse Systems through Discord.
• Use an Eclipse Systems command.
• Interact with an Eclipse Systems button, menu, or feature.
• Participate in the economy system.
• Participate in the level system.
• Participate in the pet battle system.
• Participate in crime-themed game mechanics.
• Participate in gambling-style game mechanics.
• Continue using Eclipse Systems after these Terms are posted or updated.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a Discord server, team, organization, or community, you represent that you have authority to do so.

6. ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSE ONLY

Eclipse Systems is provided for entertainment purposes only.

All game mechanics, fictional currencies, virtual rewards, levels, pets, battles, crime-themed outcomes, gambling-style outcomes, social interactions, and randomized events are part of a fictional Discord entertainment experience.

Nothing in Eclipse Systems should be interpreted as:

• Real financial advice.
• Real gambling services.
• Real criminal instruction.
• Real encouragement of violence.
• Real endorsement of animal fighting or animal harm.
• Real legal advice.

7. PET BATTLE TERMS

Eclipse Systems may include a pet battle system involving fictional pets, fictional battles, fictional abilities, fictional outcomes, fictional rewards, or related game mechanics.

The pet battle system is strictly for entertainment purposes only.

Eclipse Systems does not condone, encourage, promote, support, normalize, or instruct real-life violence involving animals.

Eclipse Systems does not condone animal abuse, animal fighting, animal cruelty, neglect, harm, exploitation, or mistreatment in any form.

Users may not use the pet battle system or any related Bot feature to:

• Encourage real-world animal violence.
• Promote animal fighting.
• Share animal abuse content.
• Threaten harm to real animals.
• Organize or support real-world animal cruelty.
• Harass others using animal harm references.
• Violate Discord's rules or applicable animal welfare laws.

All pets, battles, attacks, abilities, results, and rewards within Eclipse Systems are fictional and exist only as part of an entertainment game system.

8. CRIME-THEMED GAME TERMS

Eclipse Systems may include fictional crime-themed game mechanics.

These features are provided strictly for entertainment, roleplay, and fictional game purposes only.

Eclipse Systems does not encourage, promote, assist, instruct, endorse, or facilitate real-world crime, violence, fraud, theft, harassment, exploitation, hacking, evasion of law enforcement, or unlawful conduct of any kind.

Users may not use crime-themed game features to:

• Plan real-world crimes.
• Encourage real-world illegal activity.
• Share instructions for illegal acts.
• Threaten others.
• Harass, exploit, or intimidate users.
• Promote fraud, scams, theft, or cybercrime.
• Evade moderation, Discord enforcement, or legal restrictions.
• Recruit others for illegal conduct.
• Violate Discord's rules or applicable law.

All crime-related actions, outcomes, rewards, penalties, events, and messages within Eclipse Systems are fictional game mechanics and must be treated as such.

9. GAMBLING-STYLE GAME TERMS

Eclipse Systems may include gambling-style game mechanics, such as chance-based outcomes, fictional wagers, randomized rewards, risk-based commands, or games using fictional Bot currency.

These features are provided strictly for entertainment purposes only.

Eclipse Systems does not provide real-money gambling.

Eclipse Systems does not allow users to wager real money through the Bot.

Eclipse Systems does not provide real-world cash payouts, financial prizes, cryptocurrency rewards, financial instruments, or anything with guaranteed real-world monetary value.

Any gambling-style feature in Eclipse Systems uses fictional currency, fictional points, fictional items, or other non-cash entertainment values.

Fictional currency in Eclipse Systems:

• Is not legal currency.
• Is not cryptocurrency.
• Is not a financial asset.
• Is not redeemable for real money unless expressly and lawfully stated otherwise by the Bot operator.
• Has no guaranteed real-world value.
• Exists only inside the fictional entertainment system of the Bot.

Users may not use Eclipse Systems to conduct, promote, organize, or facilitate real-world gambling, betting, wagering, lotteries, raffles, financial speculation, or unlawful games of chance.

10. ECONOMY SYSTEM TERMS

Eclipse Systems may include an economy system involving fictional currency, rewards, items, balances, shops, cooldowns, jobs, random events, or other game-related mechanics.

The economy system is fictional and for entertainment only.

Economy values are not real money and do not represent legal tender, cryptocurrency, securities, stored value, financial instruments, or real-world assets.

We may modify, reset, rebalance, restrict, or remove economy values, items, balances, or rewards at any time to preserve fairness, prevent abuse, fix bugs, improve gameplay, or maintain the Bot.

Users are not entitled to compensation for loss, reset, removal, adjustment, or modification of fictional economy values.

11. LEVEL SYSTEM TERMS

Eclipse Systems may include a level system that rewards activity, participation, command usage, or other community engagement.

Levels, experience points, ranks, rewards, and progress are fictional game mechanics.

We may modify, reset, rebalance, restrict, or remove level data, rewards, or progression at any time to preserve fairness, prevent abuse, fix bugs, improve gameplay, or maintain the Bot.

Users may not exploit the level system through spam, automation, self-bots, alt abuse, command farming, or other unfair methods.

12. RANDOMNESS AND GAME OUTCOMES

Eclipse Systems may use randomization, probability, chance-based outcomes, cooldowns, multipliers, generated rewards, penalties, and automated calculations.

By using the Bot, you understand that:

• Outcomes may be random.
• Outcomes are fictional.
• Outcomes may not always be favorable.
• Game mechanics may change.
• Balancing adjustments may occur.
• Bugs or errors may affect results.
• Rewards may be modified, reset, or removed.

We do not guarantee any specific result, reward, level, balance, pet outcome, crime-themed result, or gambling-style result.

13. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use Eclipse Systems to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service.
• Violate Discord's Community Guidelines.
• Violate applicable law.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or intimidate others.
• Promote real-world crime.
• Promote real-world animal cruelty or animal violence.
• Conduct real-money gambling.
• Launder money or simulate real financial transactions for unlawful purposes.
• Promote scams, phishing, malware, token theft, or fraud.
• Abuse the Bot through spam, exploit attempts, or automation.
• Attempt to access restricted systems, code, tokens, databases, or infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or clone the Bot without permission.
• Misrepresent the Bot's features or purpose.
• Use fictional game mechanics as instructions for real-world harm.
• Submit illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Use the Bot in any way that creates legal, safety, privacy, or security risks.

We may restrict or terminate access for violations of this section.

14. SERVER OWNER AND ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Eclipse Systems is used within their Discord servers.

By adding or configuring Eclipse Systems, server owners and administrators agree to:

• Configure Bot permissions responsibly.
• Ensure that entertainment features are appropriate for their community.
• Ensure that gambling-style features using fictional currency are appropriate and lawful.
• Ensure that crime-themed game features are not used to encourage real-world unlawful conduct.
• Ensure that pet battle features are not used to encourage animal harm.
• Inform users of relevant server rules.
• Moderate misuse of Bot features where appropriate.
• Remove the Bot if it is not suitable for the server.
• Comply with Discord's Terms, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, Developer Policy, and applicable law.

Server owners and administrators may not represent Eclipse Systems as providing real-money gambling, real-world criminal instruction, or support for real-life animal violence.

15. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are responsible for their own conduct when using Eclipse Systems.

Users agree to:

• Use the Bot only for entertainment and community engagement.
• Follow Discord's rules.
• Follow server rules.
• Avoid using the Bot to harass or harm others.
• Avoid using the Bot for real-world illegal activity.
• Avoid using gambling-style features for real money.
• Avoid using pet battle features to promote real animal harm.
• Avoid exploiting bugs or unfair mechanics.
• Report serious bugs or abuse where appropriate.

Users understand that all economy, level, pet battle, crime-themed, and gambling-style features are fictional game systems.

16. CONTENT SUBMITTED BY USERS

Users may submit content through commands, names, text inputs, social features, or other Bot interactions.

You are responsible for any content you submit.

You may not submit content that:

• Violates Discord's rules.
• Violates server rules.
• Violates applicable law.
• Harasses, abuses, threatens, or targets others.
• Encourages real-world crime.
• Encourages real-world animal cruelty.
• Promotes real-money gambling.
• Contains scams, phishing, malware, or token grabbers.
• Contains doxxing or private personal information.
• Contains sexually exploitative content.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Is hateful, extremist, or abusive.
• Is otherwise harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate.

We may refuse to process, remove, restrict, or report content that violates these Terms.

17. BOT AVAILABILITY

Eclipse Systems is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Bot will always be online, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in every server.

The Bot may be unavailable due to:

• Discord outages.
• Discord API changes.
• Hosting issues.
• Maintenance.
• Updates.
• Bugs.
• Security incidents.
• Rate limits.
• Permission problems.
• Server configuration issues.
• Decisions by the Bot operator.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature at any time.

18. DATA AND PRIVACY

Use of Eclipse Systems is also governed by the Eclipse Systems Privacy Policy.

Eclipse Systems may store limited Discord-related information necessary to provide its features and services, including Discord User IDs, Server IDs, economy balances, level progress, inventories, pet data, cooldowns, birthday information voluntarily submitted by users, and server configuration settings.

Birthday information voluntarily submitted by users is retained only while the user remains a member of at least one Discord server actively using Eclipse Systems. When a user leaves all servers using Eclipse Systems, associated birthday information may be automatically removed during routine cleanup processes.

Eclipse Systems does not collect passwords, Discord tokens, payment information, banking information, government identification information, IP addresses, or precise geolocation data.

Eclipse Systems does not sell, rent, or share user information for third-party advertising or marketing purposes.

By using Eclipse Systems, you acknowledge that you have reviewed or had the opportunity to review the Eclipse Systems Privacy Policy.

Users should not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, payment information, government identification information, Discord tokens, or private data through Eclipse Systems.

19. NO REAL-WORLD VALUE

All fictional currencies, points, levels, pets, items, rewards, achievements, statuses, balances, game results, and virtual progress within Eclipse Systems are provided for entertainment only.

They do not represent ownership of real property, money, financial value, cryptocurrency, securities, assets, or enforceable rights.

We may modify, remove, reset, or rebalance any fictional game value at any time without compensation.

20. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Eclipse Systems does not provide:

• Legal advice.
• Financial advice.
• Medical advice.
• Psychological advice.
• Emergency assistance.
• Animal care advice.
• Gambling advice.
• Criminal advice.
• Security advice.

Any content generated by the Bot is for entertainment and community interaction only.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Eclipse Systems, including its name, branding, systems, commands, design, structure, features, documentation, and related materials, may be protected by intellectual property rights.

You may not:

• Claim ownership of Eclipse Systems.
• Impersonate the official Bot.
• Copy the Bot's branding in a misleading way.
• Resell or redistribute the Bot as your own.
• Reverse engineer or clone private systems except where legally permitted.
• Use the Bot's name for scams, impersonation, or unauthorized services.

Server owners may refer to Eclipse Systems by name for legitimate server documentation and user instructions.

22. FEEDBACK

If you provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or feature requests, you grant the Bot operator permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We are not required to implement any feedback or maintain any requested feature.

23. ENFORCEMENT

We may enforce these Terms by taking actions including, but not limited to:

• Restricting access to commands.
• Blocking users from using the Bot.
• Blocking servers from using the Bot.
• Removing or disabling features.
• Ignoring or refusing interactions.
• Resetting fictional balances or progress.
• Reporting serious misuse to server staff.
• Reporting serious violations to Discord.
• Taking other reasonable action to protect the Bot, users, or communities.

We are not required to provide prior notice before enforcement where immediate action is necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or protection of the Bot.

24. TERMINATION

You may stop using Eclipse Systems at any time.

Server owners may remove Eclipse Systems from their server at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Eclipse Systems if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You violate Discord's rules.
• You violate applicable law.
• You exploit the Bot.
• You abuse game mechanics.
• You use the Bot for real-world gambling.
• You use the Bot to encourage real-world crime.
• You use the Bot to encourage animal cruelty.
• You create safety, security, legal, or operational risks.
• Continued service is no longer feasible.

Termination may result in loss of access to commands, fictional balances, fictional progress, fictional pets, fictional rewards, or other Bot features.

25. DISCLAIMERS

Eclipse Systems is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

• Availability.
• Accuracy.
• Reliability.
• Security.
• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Merchantability.
• Non-infringement.
• Error-free operation.
• Suitability for any particular community.
• Suitability for gambling-style entertainment.
• Suitability for minors.
• Suitability for legal compliance in every jurisdiction.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Bot will always be available.
• The Bot will always function correctly.
• Game outcomes will be fair in every circumstance.
• Bugs will never occur.
• Fictional balances or progress will never be reset.
• Discord will not change its platform.
• Discord will not restrict or remove the Bot.
• Server staff will use the Bot appropriately.

Eclipse Systems is an entertainment bot only.

26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eclipse Systems, the Bot operator, developers, contributors, maintainers, affiliates, and team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including damages for:

• Loss of fictional currency.
• Loss of fictional items.
• Loss of fictional pets.
• Loss of level progress.
• Loss of game rewards.
• Loss of server access.
• Server disputes.
• User disputes.
• Discord enforcement actions.
• Bot downtime.
• Bugs or game errors.
• Randomized outcomes.
• Feature removal.
• Economy resets.
• Misuse by users.
• Misuse by server staff.
• Third-party service failures.
• Discord API changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Eclipse Systems shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid directly to the Bot operator for use of Eclipse Systems during the three months before the claim arose; or
• Ten United States dollars (USD $10.00), if no payment was made.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

27. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eclipse Systems, the Bot operator, developers, contributors, maintainers, affiliates, and team members from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:

• Your use of Eclipse Systems.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of Discord's rules.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your submitted content.
• Your server configuration.
• Your misuse of pet battle features.
• Your misuse of crime-themed features.
• Your misuse of gambling-style features.
• Your use of fictional systems for real-world harm.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.
• Your exploitation of bugs or Bot systems.

This obligation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

28. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

We may modify Eclipse Systems at any time.

Changes may include:

• Adding features.
• Removing features.
• Rebalancing game systems.
• Resetting fictional currency.
• Resetting levels.
• Resetting pet battle data.
• Changing crime-themed mechanics.
• Changing gambling-style mechanics.
• Updating commands.
• Updating permissions.
• Fixing bugs.
• Removing abusive systems.
• Restricting access to certain features.

We are not liable for changes, removals, resets, interruptions, or discontinued features.

29. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When updated, the "Last Updated" date should be changed.

Continued use of Eclipse Systems after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using Eclipse Systems and, if applicable, remove the Bot from your server.

30. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If no jurisdiction is specified, the Bot operator should designate an appropriate governing law before publishing these Terms.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, privacy, or other laws.

31. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact the Bot operator using the contact information provided in these Terms and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

The Bot operator will make a reasonable effort to review and respond to legitimate concerns.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be handled according to the governing law and venue provisions selected by the Bot operator, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

32. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible.

33. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed by the Bot operator to be effective.

34. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written permission from the Bot operator.

The Bot operator may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, transfer of the Bot, change of ownership, or operational transition.

35. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Eclipse Systems Privacy Policy and any additional written terms that apply to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Bot operator regarding Eclipse Systems.

These Terms replace prior informal statements, descriptions, or understandings regarding the Bot, except where otherwise required by law.
